About Me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Indiana. I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2015. I welcome individuals ages 4 and up in my therapy practice and specialize in working with children and youth. I have experience working with children, youth, adults, and families in a variety of settings, including Residential Treatment Centers for adults and children, and as a school-based counselor.

I am a member of the Association for Play Therapy, am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and am a Certified Autplay® Therapy Provider. I am also working towards certification as a Registered Play Therapist and a Certified EMDR Provider. I am passionate about using play in therapy to meet children where they are, as well as to engage the whole brain and to express and explore with youth and adults.

My goal is that Clients will feel safe, accepted, and valued while we are working together, and will build inner strength and resilience through therapy.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, baking, and learning different languages.
